Well...since you're here, let's get into the good stuff.

Good marketing makes you feel something before you've even clocked it's marketing. That's what I want to be a part of: campaigns, content, advertising and ideas that connect with people in a way that actually means something.

It started during my placement year, studying International Business and Spanish at Aston University, where I was thrown into social campaigns, content strategy and marketing comms. I loved the mix of creativity and strategy behind it.

After university I followed the creative pull: graphic design, brand identity, self-initiated projects. Design became the language I thought in, but I kept being drawn back to something more aligned with how I actually think. The strategy behind it. The reason it works.

Outside of work I'm constantly absorbing: music, culture, campaigns, advertising, the way brands show up online, and the communities built around ideas and content. I notice what lands and what doesn't, what feels real and what feels forced. That instinct shows up in the work.

At DEPT® I got a front row seat inside a global digital agency, watching brand campaigns and creative strategy being built for some of the world's biggest names. It confirmed what I already knew: this is the work I want to do.

Now I'm bringing all of it into marketing. The design eye, the strategic thinking, the cultural awareness and the creative range.

The path.

  1. 2020–2021

    First taste of marketing. Placement year managing campaigns, content and social at Aston University.

  2. 2023

    Went deeper into design. Freelancing, self-teaching and building a body of creative work.

  3. 2024

    Joined DEPT® as Office Manager — embedded in a global digital agency, surrounded by brand campaigns, creative strategy and world-class work for clients including eBay, Just Eat and Meta.

  4. 2024–Present

    Church communications volunteer. Leading brand identity, print and digital content for community outreach.

  5. 2025

    HubSpot certified. Pivoting fully into marketing, bringing everything with me.
